NCIS: Hawai’i star says spinoff is “putting a little pressure on” the other shows
With NCIS being such a huge TV franchise, it’s inevitable that there may be a little ‘healthy competition’ between the casts.
NCIS Hawai’i star Noah Mills, who plays Jesse Boone on the show, has opened up about being a part of the newest spinoff of the NCIS family, and how it has made the other shows feel like they need to up their game.
The actor said there is definitely “a little bit of healthy competition” among the other NCIS casts because as the newbies they need to prove themselves to the veterans.

“We’re the newest franchise, we’re the newest spinoff so we gotta pull our weight,” Mills told ET. “But now we’re putting a little pressure on everybody else.”
Previously, spinoff star Tori Anderson opened up about how the show sets itself apart from the others with queer relationships and a POC at the centre of it.
Elsewhere, the franchise recently announced a huge crossover with NCIS, NCIS: Hawai’i, and NCIS: Los Angeles, which fans were delighted about.
