When is NCIS: Los Angeles Season 14 back in 2023?

NCIS: Los Angeles Season 14 will soon head off on its winter break. When will it return in 2023? It’s going to be much sooner than you’d think.

A lot of shows will return from winter breaks at the start of January. That’s not always the case for Sunday shows, though. There are a lot of awards shows and football games that can disrupt the schedule.

It looks like CBS isn’t all that concerned for 2023. While there are some nights that are going to be a little different, most Sundays look almost the same as normal. The Equalizer is missing, but NCIS: Los Angeles is back.

When will NCIS: Los Angeles Season 14 return in 2023?

The return of Callen, Sam, and the others is sooner than we’d think. It’s also going to be on a different night, but this is just a temporary night change.

The winter premiere will be the third episode in a three-way crossover with NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii. A few of the Los Angeles team members will show up in the other two shows, and then we’ll see everyone together for the final hour. That crossover airs starting 8 p.m. ET/PT on Monday, Jan. 2.

Then there’s a new episode of Los Angeles on Sunday, Jan. 8. This episode will air at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT following East New York. There isn’t going to be an episode of The Equalizer on that night. In fact, the Queen Latifah series isn’t coming back until at least Sunday, Feb. 19. An official return date hasn’t been confirmed yet.

There are a few Sundays in January and February when there isn’t a new episode. Sunday, Jan. 22, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, and Feb. 12 will see reruns or no episodes at all. The shows can use these four weeks to get ahead with filming to keep breaks in the schedule to a minimum when they return.
